Can Coding Add Features Without Fitting Hardware?
Sometimes, but not always.
If the required hardware is already fitted, coding may be enough to activate a supported function.
However, if your vehicle doesn’t physically have the required sensors, cameras, control modules or other components, coding alone will not necessarily create the feature.
For example, activating a camera function would generally require compatible camera hardware to be installed and connected first.
